In the Marijuanalogues we are told a story of a misaligned plant which has caused more hysteria (and cost taxpayers more money trying to control it) than any other plant in the history of the world. Despite efforts to control it Marijuana is still the number one cash crop in the United States. yeah. That’s right, people make more money selling weed than Wheat, Corn, Flax, or Barley. And guess what? It’s not taxed either so all that money goes straight into peoples pockets (not exactly that bad of a side effect unless you are the Fereral Government). In the Marijuanalogues we see the plight of the average marijuana smoker with many comical twists. The play is based upon the popular feminist play The Vagina Monologues which attempted to break down the mystery and guilt associated with the word Vagina.
