		<description>Very well put.  Just one small correction -- Gary Johnson has never run for office as a Libertarian.  Although he is philosophically very libertarian, he has only run for office as a Republican (his two terms as Governor of NM).

Even though Gary will run as a Republican, most states let independents vote in the GOP primary.  With no primary on the Democratic side, it’s possible that a lot of independent civil libertarians will take a Republican ballot to vote for Gary Johnson.

Of course, if the GOP tried to keep him out of the debates and to otherwise sabotage his campaign... I could then imagine him switching parties to run as the Libertarian Party candidate.</description>

If your state passes that law, and any &quot;law enforcement&quot; tries to deny you your rights, it is then your responsibility to get rid of the opposing party. I think they want a real drug war, and I think the people should give it to them.</description>

		<description>You know, the federal government did rule with the states laws with Oregon, with physician assisted suicide. It has happened before, it can happen again. That did have to do with the CSA (Controlled Substance Act) and the amount of level 1 and level 2 drugs used to send a terminally ill patient to death. It&#039;s leaning to the recreational use, it&#039;s going to be a little harder, but I can see it being the next amendment to the constitution. It happened with alcohol, first it was legal, then prohibition, with a little help from Al Capone, prohibition ended and it was added to the constitution.

All I&#039;m saying is there&#039;s a good chance that this will follow through with the federal government.
