American Weed is a new reality television show set in Colorado where local Marijuana businesses have to learn how to conform with new state laws. The show centers around Josh Stanley who is the owner of the Fort Collins dispensary. Josh is the oldest of a large family and his brothers do much of the growing to keep his shelves stocked. The evil villains are played by the local police department and Sgt/ Jim Gerhardt and his fellow officers who engage in a game of whack a mole with local growers. For every grow op they bust it seems that 5 more will pop up and even they know the battle was lost long ago.
