President Obama Names New Drug CZAR

Rachel Maddow speaks with the Marijuana Policy Project about the appointment of former Seattle police Chief as the new drug czar which will head up the DEA. Responses to this decision have been mixed but it can be assured he will most likely take a more sensible approach as opposed to the idiocy of John Walters and the Bush administration.
