Next State to Legalize Marijuana?
With the green rush flowing across the US like a tidal wave there are many investors ( not to mention smokers ) are clamoring to know what the next state to legalize marijuana will be. There are currently 11 states which are looking to legalize the herb in a variety of ways this 2016 election. They are California, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Out of these 11 I’ve surmised that 3 have a very good chance of legalization in 2016. Now, there are numerous ways to try and conclude who will be next, but first of all lets just think about the states which have already legalized. Colorado, Oregon, Alaska, and Washington. All of these states do have some similarities, and that is that they are all known for having huge mountains and a thriving outdoor culture! Now, don’t run off! I think there’s something to this. This has embedded in a sort of rugged individualism that lives outside of the large city centers ( remember California actually voted against legalization ) . For this reason I think the next big three to watch out will be Vermont, Minnesota, and Maine . If you’re looking to get a jump then head to these states first!
